1. This is a reminder that the RSVP deadline for this year’s Academic Awards Celebration is Monday! Invitations have been E-mailed to students on the 2024-2025 Honour Roll plus winners of some subject-specific awards. Check your school inbox! Use the direct link or the QR Code from the invitation to confirm your attendance. If there are multiple winners in your household, each winner should RSVP individually using their own username and password. Also, if there have been any changes, please update your RSVP to help our amazing Custodial Team with set-up. Don’t delay! RSVP for Academic Awards today!
2. Bring cash to marketplace for delicious treats! Jollof with plantains, goos fries and pizza from Maria’s and dominos will be sold.
3. CHRISTMAS POINSETTIA FUNDRAISER – Hey Lions, this is a reminder of our poinsettia fundraiser. Order forms and money are to be brought to the Girls Phys Ed Office. You have until Thursday, November 27 to bring in your orders. This fundraiser helps support the athletics department, leadership and this year's Spring Fling Prom for our special education students. You can also purchase through School Cash Online. Please help support this by selling these beautiful flowers. It is a great way to help decorate for the holiday season. Forms are available in the main office or Girls P.E. office. See Ms. Lancaster for more details if necessary.
4. Incredible necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings and brooches will be sold at marketplace on Tuesday. Nothing over $3. Bring cash and get your Christmas shopping done.
5. Candygrams are being sold at the back of the caf Thursday and Friday every week until the last week of classes. All proceeds go to Pennies From Heaven. Come check out the table by the library, pick your candy gift and fill out the form to have it sent to a friend or a special someone.
6. The Social Justice class will deliver them on the Thursday before we end for Christmas break!.
7. Attention all students who are enrolled in co-op semester two. There will be a brief meeting on Monday after announcements in the lecture hall.
8. Are you involved in Concert Band or Vocal Ensemble? A reminder to pick up your permission forms to go to the Elementary School Tours – the tours are NEXT WEEK! Plus – you need a black music t-shirt so order on schoolcashonline ASAP.
9. Today's special in the servery will be Buffalo Chicken Poutine topped with mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing and green onions for $7.25. Friday's French onion soup available today with homemade croutons and mozzarella cheese for $4.20
