This is one final reminder to classes participating in this year’s Postcards for Peace campaign. Please return your package of completed messages to the baskets in the Main Office by the end of the day TODAY so they can be distributed to our heroic recipients by Remembrance Day. This is also the last call for any Staff and students who wish to stop by the Library for a chance to share in our message campaign. Postcards will be available over the lunches for you to stop in and pen your own message of thanks and support. Bring a pen and bring a friend! Remembrance is a responsibility that we all share!

ATTENTION LIONS! Did you know that 42% of Canadian adults are currently failing basic literacy tests? This means that almost half of Canada can’t read, write, or speak well enough to excel in the future. To help remediate this issue, bring any spare books you have to the donation box outside the library. Your donations will help struggling kids practice their literacy skills, to create a smarter Canada for the future!
