The Twelve Days of Christmas continues TODAY (Dec. 14th) with Ugly Christmas Sweater Day. Ugly Christmas sweaters can be worn with uniform bottoms.

For the rest of the week:
Wednesday, December 15th – Christmas Flannel PJ Pants. Students can replace uniform bottoms with any flannel PJ pants. Uniform tops to be worn.
Thursday, December 16th – Red and Green Day. Students can replace their uniform top with a red or green top.  Uniform bottoms are required.
Friday, December 17th – Christmas Best Dress Day. Students are encouraged to wear their best dress up clothes. There are no uniform expectations for this day.

Our final French club before the holidays will be held this Wednesday. Grades 10 - 12 in rooms 2004 and 2005.  Grade 9 your room is changing for this week to Portable 3 with Mme. Lytle.  See you there!!

The 180 Team is meeting this Thursday for their Jingle & Mingle Christmas party on the lunchtimes. New students are always welcome. 

Attention all Curlers. There is a practice for both the girls and boys teams TODAY after school. Please see Mr. Page or Mr. O'Brien for more information.

Attention prefects and student council members, If you have volunteered to be a tour guide or assistant for this year's grade 8 day, there will be a short but important meeting in the lecture hall TODAY at the beginning of all three lunches. See you there! 

Hello Lions!  As part of the Recreation Leadership 12 Days of Kindness Initiative our class is collecting blankets, mitts, hats and coats. Items can be brought to Ms. Lancaster in the Girls PE office, or dropped in the collection bin in the main office. Please take a moment to ask friends and family if they have any donations.  Check your closets and see if there might be something you can donate. Donations will be accepted until Tuesday Dec 14.  Thank you Lions.

Need to blow off a little steam? Looking to have some fun at lunch? Come out Dec. 14th to 16th to Games Week in the Library! Tuesday will feature fun board games, Wednesday will include a Goose Chase Scavenger Hunt, and Thursday will be a chance to test your trivia skills. If you come out and play you will automatically be entered to win a $25 Amazon gift card and if you win any of the games, you will receive an additional entry. Please sign up outside the Library doors.

The Christmas holidays are around the corner. Why not pop by the library to borrow a book. When you borrow a book your name will be entered in a draw for a $25 Amazon gift card. All we need from you to borrow a book is your name. Come check out the new shipment of books that just came in or ask a library staff member for recommendations.

It's back! The Exchange school newspaper is planning an edition for January and we want your submissions. Any original student or teacher works are welcome with a maximum of 800 words. A digital version will be created as well so images and recordings are acceptable also. The deadline for submissions is Dec. 24th. Please speak to one of the newspaper editors for details: Tahiyah Syeda, Areebah Khan, Blossom Dhillon, or Mrs. Engell in the Library. Works can be submitted to the Library D2L page. Once again, the deadline for submissions is Dec. 24th.
