Then consider signing up for this years Brantford Classic taking place on Sunday June 5th. You can run or walk to support a great cause and yes, there are prizes too. There will be a quick info session in the lecture hall at the beginning of both lunches tomorrow or you can see Ms. Denison, Ms. Beccari, or Mr. Kozina (aka Jordan) for more details. Let’s walk (or run) for those in need.
Coffee House is back Lions! Need an excuse to hang out with friends, eat snacks, and enjoy some great live entertainment? Coffee House is the place to be! Students and Staff – as you heard the announcement yesterday, everyone's invited to participate in the 3rd annual “Walk 1,000 Steps for Life Challenge!” How it works is just use your electronic device such as a Fitbit, cell phone, etc. to record your walk of 1,000 or more steps. “Walk for Life” will take place on this upcoming weekend, from Saturday to Monday. You just choose one day to walk 1,000 stops or more. This must be done on your own as this is NOT a group activity. Once completing your 1,000 or more steps, please take a picture of yourself and your electronic device, indicating that you have completed your 1,000 steps. Please email the picture to the chaplain Mrs. Sheldrake or to her instragram @acschaplain. The first year St. John's out-walked us, last year we out-walked them by several thousand steps. This year lets take on the challenge and walk the most steps again this year! See the poster outside of the chaplain's office and at the back of the caf on the bulletin board beside the fountain.
Hello Lions! As many of you know, migrant workers have arrived to help out on our local farms. Applications are limited, so don't wait. We look forward to meeting and working with you. From: the ACS Prefect Program
