There will be a brief Jack.Org Chapter meeting today after school in the lecture hall. Members from previous years are encouraged to attend and those who are interested are more than welcome. If you would like any more information please contact Miss Dabrowski via Teams. We look forward in seeing everyone and have a mentally healthy day!

Dear Lions, do you like knitting or crocheting? Would you like to meet new friends, support various social justice initiatives, and learn how to knit or crochet? ACS is running a knitting club (second year now) and will meet biweekly. Our first meeting is Wednesday, September 14th in Portable 17, from 3-4 pm. No previous experience is needed. Email Mrs. Cameron if you're interested. We would love to have you aboard!

Hey grade 9's, we hope you’re enjoying your first week as Lions! To kick off the school year, student council has planned an event just for you. Colour night is next Friday, September 16th, and it will be tons of fun! Build new friendships and show off your spirit by dressing up in your assigned colour, playing games, then end the night off with a dance! Tickets are $8 and will be sold at the back of the cafeteria starting September 9th. It's going to be a night you will never forget, so we hope to see you there!

Do you want to help run Grade 9 Colour Night? If you are in grade 12 and are interested in volunteering to run activities or lead groups at colour night, please sign up on the list outside of TLC or talk to Mrs Ristov before the end of the week.
