Thank you to all those who auditioned for NTS Drama Festival. A list of those who made the cut will be posted by the end of the day today. There will also be a CALL BACK list posted. Call backs will happen on Monday, October 17th from 3-5p.m. See Mrs. Ratelband, Mrs. Boschman or Mr. DaCosta for more information.
There will be a very brief but important meeting for the Dance Team this Wednesday right after school in the Drama Room. See Mrs. Boschman if you have any questions.
Hey Cross Country Runners! Please meet with your coaches to discuss the upcoming Relay Race tomorrow at W. Ross MacDonald School in Brantford beginning at 4pm. At the beginning of your lunches, Grade 9s and 11s please see Mr. Prior in Room 2003 and Grade 10s and 12s please see Ms. Czaplinska in Portable 5.
The 180 Team is having their first meeting of the year on Thursday on the lunchtimes in the chapel. They are looking forward to welcoming the new members who signed up on Club Fest day.
Hey Lions! Fall coffee house will be returning on November 16th. Auditions for this event will be held on October 13th during both lunches in the lecture hall. Do you have a musical talent you'd like to share? Come on out to auditions to secure your place in the show! Come prepared with any needed tracks or instruments you may need. Come and express your musical talent!
Did you know that Pakistan has been affected by some of the worse flooding in the world. The people are in need of aid, and you can help by buying some Halloween candy! The ACE Committee will be selling bags of candy during both lunches at the back of the caf during the week of October 17 till the 21st. Bags will cost a minimum of 2 dollars, but everyone is encouraged to donate as much as they want! All donated money will be going towards relief for those affected by the floods in Pakistan!
Hey you! Yes, you! The Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre is BACK on Thursday, November 3rd. The gr. 11 drama class and foods classes have joined forces yet again! Dinner starts at 6p.m. and the Show starts at 7p.m. Tickets are $15 for students/seniors and $20 for adults. The meal? Roasted chicken quarter, roasted potatoes with maple glazed carrots and a garden salad, all served family style. Dessert will be apple crumble à la mode (with Ice cream). Vegan/veg/Gluten free option will be a quinoa stuffed pepper and dinner roll. And the show? It's a whodunnit where the audience guesses who the murderer is! Tickets are being sold at the back of the caf at the end of EVERY WEEK leading up to the show. Sign up for a table on the FORMS found on the school website.
Today's lunch feature in the cafeteria is Cheese Quesadillas for $5.00. Due to staffing issues, the caf will only be open for break, breakfast, and lunch today. Sorry for the inconvenience.
