Hey Lions... don't forget... today is the day... "popcorn and a French movie" in the lecture hall during both lunches, hosted by the French Club.  See you there!

The ACE Committee will be meeting this TODAY at the start of second lunch to start planning for Black Heritage Month.  The meeting will take place in the Chapel.  Students of all grades who would like to participate are welcome to attend. Students in grades 9 and 11 will need to seek their teacher's permission before leaving class.

Attention all curlers.  We will be starting our curling season very shortly after Christmas.  Any curler interested in joining the team this year should sign up outside of Room 3011 by the end of TODAY.  We will have a brief meeting at the end of the day TODAY.

For all those interested in the chess club, we will hold a brief 5 to 10-minute meeting this Friday after school in Computer Lab 2023. Whether you are an advanced player, or you want to understand how the pieces move, all are welcome to join! Give your mind a good workout in the new year and make some new friends! Please see Mr. DaCosta if you are unable to make the meeting on Friday.

Thank you to the 206 potential graduates who have already registered for grad on the Grad D2L page.  That leaves around 150 who still need to do so and that deadline is Dec. 20th.  There are also around 100 grads who failed to make their grad payment between Nov. 22 and Dec. 6th.  Grads - You will have one last chance to make that payment:  School Cash on-line will be open until the end of school on Friday Dec. 16th.  After that, it closes.  Shut. Done. Never to re-open.

If you have not yet handed in your permission and health forms for the French trip, you are not officially registered for the trip, please get forms completed and handed in to any French teacher this week! Thanks so much!

Our final fundraiser is hopefully going to raise some funds for this shelter to be able to buy Christmas gifts for the residents. For $3 you will gain admittance to an awesome evening featuring the Polar Express movie and a hot chocolate, when inside you will have the opportunity to purchase and make small treats as you visit many other stations to make memories with friends at. Please consider buying a ticket today at lunch at the back of the caf, for only $3 and coming out to a stress free, fun evening. Not only will there be treats, but we will even have a study tips and distressing tips table, so come and relax and be part of giving Christmas to those who need it most.
