The ACS Jack Chapter meeting is cancelled today due to Ms. Dabrowski's absence. She will be contacting each and every one of you as T-Shirts have arrived. Thank you and have a great mentally healthy weekend!

Neuroscience Trivia Questions can be turned in to Room 3005, no later than the end of the day TODAY.

The ACS 2020-2021 Yearbooks are still available to those who were absent yesterday. All student who paid their 2021-2022 school fee can pick up at the back of the cafeteria TODAY during both lunches. Co-op and First Period Spare students can go to the Library any time throughout the day to pick up.  

Senior girls volleyball players please note that a game from December that was canceled due to weather will now be scheduled for this coming Monday, January 16th at 3:30 p.m. at PJ. Players will be dismissed early at 2:30 from their classrooms.

This a reminder that ACS Knitting Club is meeting on Wednesday, January 18th from 3pm-4pm in Portable 17. See you then! Our current project is making blankets for the NICU at McMaster Hospital for the incubators. Come and grab the yarn if you need it. Thank you to teachers and staff who made yarn donations to our club! 

Hey Lions!  Our rescheduled Christmas Dinner will take place on Thursday, January 19th.  We will still have our regular two lunch period day.  More details to follow next week.

A Women in STEM Conference is being held on Monday Jan. 30th, starting at 3:00pm following the period 4 exam. We have close to thirty female STEM professionals visiting us that afternoon, who's occupations range from aerospace engineer to cardiac surgeon, from data strategist using AI in the mining industries to a research astronomer. We are extremely proud to say that over half of our presenters are former graduates who are willing to share their success stories.  Registration closes on January 20th. Please don't miss out on this event. It will be one to remember!!!  Register using the QR code on the posters or found on the STEM D2L page.
