Welcome back, Lions! And welcome to any new students this semester. Your school library's Book Club and LEAP are hosting two amazing events this month and we want you there. This coming Wednesday, Canadian author Judy Lin will be speaking about her White Pine nominated novel, A Magic Steeped in Poison and about the writing process in general. You will have the opportunity to ask Judy questions directly. Even if you haven't read the book, there is something for everyone. All students are welcome. LEAP members will receive points for attending. Please sign up in the library at the circulation desk. The presentation is at 12 PM in the Reading Room on February 8th. Students will be given slips to get out of class, if necessary. See Mrs. Santos or Mrs. Engell in the Library if you have any questions.
