STEM students are reminded that they are to drop by room 3005 to pick up permission slips to attend either Thursday's Let's Talk Science panelists discussion on the Future of Medicine from 12:30 to 2:00 in the Bio room (2073) or Tuesday's Forensics presentation taking place during period 4 in the Lecture Hall.

The 180 Team is meeting TODAY during both lunches. Today's meetings are in the chaplain's office, not in the chapel. 

There is a mandatory ACE/Black Heritage month meeting during both lunches today in the chapel. 

Attention all students! The Chess Club will be holding their first meeting TODAY after school in Rooms 2023 and 2027. All meetings will be held on Thursdays, as this is what works best for those who signed up. Come on out for a new experience and to test your logical thinking skills. No prior experience required! Please see Mr. DaCosta in Room 2023 if you cannot attend.

Attention all Health Care SHSM students and semester 1 healthcare students. ACS is a hosting a talk with Rebekah Jacques, a Forensic Pathologist. She is a medical doctor who determines the cause of disease or death when a person dies unexpectedly. She is a fantastic presenter!  The lecture takes place on Tuesday February 14, at the start of period 4 in the lecture hall.  Attending this event counts toward your SHSM completion.  STEM students that are interested should contact Mr. Page if interested.

Graduates don't miss booking your grad photos.  Edge Imagining will be taking grad photos in the library on Tuesday, February 14th and Wednesday, February 15th.  You must book your appointments online at bookmygrad.ca and enter the school code:  ASU.  If you have any questions, please see Ms. B.P. in Portable 12.  

Attention Graduates!  The time has come, your community service hours are due! Please bring your completed community hours sheets to Student Services by Thursday, February 9th. Remember, they must be signed by you and your parent/guardian to be handed in. 

Valedictorian essays and applications are due to Mr. Cacilhas, via the Main Office, before the end of the day, Friday Feb. 10th.  At that same time, the electronic copy of your essay is due to Ms. Fergus at pfergus@bhncdsb.ca.  See your Grad Information package for all these details.
