Attention all Lions! Are you interested in staying overnight at the school, and changing the world at the same time? Come to the lecture hall on Tuesday on your lunch and find out more about how you can be part of Assumption Cares.
There will be no soccer tryout tonight. The first tryout will take place tomorrow after school only for the senior grades. Junior tryouts will begin next week.
Attention all students involved in NTS a reminder of the mandatory rehearsal tonight and the added rehearsal tomorrow, Tuesday night, both from 3pm to 5p.m. Please bring your costume for Tuesdays' rehearsal. To all those wanting to support ACS' entry into the Drama Festival, please purchase a ticket for $10 at the Caledonia Fairgrounds on Thursday, March 30th. Assumption performs 2nd! The Varsity Girls Soccer team will start tryouts this week in the Lions Den. All grade 11 and 12 students interested are invited to our first tryout on Tuesday at 4:30pm, indoors. Please note that you must have indoor shoes(no cleats) and must bring a signed permission form. Grade 9 and 10 students will be invited to a tryout later this week. Please keep posted for any updates. We look forward to seeing you!
You want to know more about ACS' Got Talent? The panel of teacher adjudicators will decide on the top 10. The top 10 will then appear on the stage LIVE on Wednesday, April 19th to an audience who will have a chance to vote to choose the top 5. Winners will receive prizes valued at $100 and above. These prizes will compliment your chosen art form. So email Mrs. Ratelband with your talent by Friday, March 31st at midnight! That's next Friday!

Book Club and LEAP are excited to announce that Kate McLocklin herself will join us virtually here at ACS on Wednesday, March 22nd at 12pm in the lecture hall. ATTENTION GR 11 & 12 STUDENTS! Letter/Lion Applications are now available in student services. The Lion Award is given to senior level students in recognition of achievements and contributions to school life. The School Letter is given to graduating students in recognition of total involvement and outstanding achievement in school life. It is from the recipients of this award, that the principal selects the Headmaster recipient. Please see Mrs. Dickson in Student Services to sign out an application. APPLICATIONS ARE DUE FRIDAY MAY 5th at 3:00pm sharp with no exceptions.
