Attention all students attending Thursday's Sport SHSM trip to McMaster. The bus will be leaving from the gym doors at 8:55am. Please make sure you wear clothes you can work out in, you bring a lunch and a water bottle.

Attention all students enrolled in a co-op course for next year. Mark your calendars! There is a mandatory information meeting for you to attend on Tuesday April 25th at 9 am in the lecture hall. Please speak with your period one teacher about this and arrange to get caught up on any missed work.
Attention Grade 12 AP students writing AP exams. There will be a mandatory meeting for you on Wednesday April 26th at 9 am in the lecture hall. Look at your school email and the Grade 12 D2L page for more information and be there on the 26th.
Registration for the Grad Retreat is still open until May 8th! Spend the day hanging out with friends at beautiful Camp Marydale near Hamilton overlooking the lake. Have a barbeque lunch. See the poster beside the library fountain and on the second floor beside the chaplain's office. You can pay online anytime.
Hey everyone, did you know that Saturday is EARTH DAY??? One of Assumption College's favourite things to do for Earth week is to plant trees! So, for all of you helping out, this is important information for the TREE PLANTING TRIP this THURSDAY! The group that is going for the morning shift, please be ready and in the cafe for 8:45am and locate the lead teachers, Mr. Petrella and Mrs. MacDonald. Your bus leaves at 9:00 am so do not be late please. You MUST change back into uniform for your afternoon classes - NO EXCEPTIONS! The second bus will be leaving at 11:45am, and we will make an announcement to have all students released at 11:30am, so that you can change and be on the bus on time. The lead teachers are Mrs. Walsh and Ms. Torto, so look for these teachers in the cafe. Again, you MUST be in full uniform for your morning classes, as you will be given a chance to change before we leave. Remember to dress for the weather, layering is a good idea, and of course wear BOOTS! Proper footwear is mandatory - No flip flops. We go rain or shine! Teachers as this is a large trip - the list will be out as soon as we have compiled all names. Thank you all!
Do you enjoy spending time with your friends and singing your hearts out?! Come out the Jack Chapters Pre-Mental Health and Catholic Education week event: SPRING KARAOKE! This awesome event will take place on Friday April 28th from 6-9 PM in the cafeteria. This will be an Assumption student only event. Tickets are $5 cash which include the event and 2 slices of pizza. Other snacks, drinks, and positive mental health goodies will be sold at a very low cost at the event! Many prizes are to be won! Tickets will be sold every day at both lunches until Wednesday April 25th at the back of the caf. Come out to a super mentally healthy and fantastic night, Lions!
