Attention Grade 12s!  There will be a brief TEAMS meeting for all Grade 12 classes on Wednesday, May 31st right after morning announcements.  This meeting is needed to review prom expectations and last-minute details. See you then.

We will be praying the rosary TODAY in the chapel at 3:15pm.  All are welcome.

Unfortunately this years Model UN will need to be postponed to September.  Delegates, please check your email for details.

If you are in need of any formal wear, please come by Room 1035 during period 3 or senior lunch today.  There are several dresses, suits, dress shirts, ties and more.  Whether you need something for prom or for a formal event, stop by Room 1035 to check it out.  

Can all junior soccer players who were informed about the tournament next Monday, please meet tomorrow in Mr. DaCosta's lab Room 2023 at the end of the day.

Attention all athletes.  The athletic banquet is quickly approaching on June 12th and it is sure to be a sell out.  Tickets are $30.00 a person and will be sold on both lunches out of the female phys. ed. office. Get yours today.

ATTENTION GRADUATES. A very important message regarding your grad gowns. This week, your gowns will be hand delivered to you in your homeroom class.  Students from our PAL class will be bringing the gowns to you with a smile and their congratulations. Please don’t be worried if you do not receive your gown today as the process will take all week. We thank our PAL students for helping the grads prepare for this very important event. 

Dear ACS knitting club, our last meeting of this school year will be held on Wednesday, June 7th. There is no meeting this upcoming Wednesday. Thank you for all you do.

Attention ACS Lions!  Wednesday, May 31 is the LAST DAY for you to pick-up and drop-off an application for Prefect Homework Help or Mentorship.  Thank you to over 100 lions who were paired this semester to receive Prefect help.  We wish you all the best as you wrap up semester 2.  If you miss your chance this semester, rest assured we will be back bigger and stronger come September.  Thank you for choosing the ACS Prefect Program.

June is National Indigenous Heritage Month.  Our next Orange Shirt Day will take place on June 1st.  Students can replace their uniform tops with an orange shirt. 

Are you looking for something interesting to do on a Thursday evening? Well, does the grade 12 drama class have something for you! Case number 79250 is now in session, the state of New Hampshire against Sam Madden. She pleads innocent for three counts of murder, but with all the evidence pointing to her, one must follow the twists and turns of this thrilling courtroom drama and find out if she’s really Guilty As Charged. The show is one night and one night only on Thursday, June 1st at 7p.m. Tickets will be sold at the back of the cafeteria for $8, or $10 at the door.

Attention all ACS Art Students planning to go to New York City next year! Be sure to enroll by Thursday, June 1st to save $50 off of the cost of the trip. If you have already enrolled, please bring your signed forms to Ms. Benoit as soon as possible. If you would like more information about the trip, come to room 2028 or 2015 to learn more and grab an info package. Spots for the trip are first come, first serve and the last NYC art trip filled up. Enroll as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

The Grad Lottery runs from June 1st to June 9th with winners posted/contacted on Monday June 12th.  If grads would like a chance to win a third invitation and seating pass for a 3rd guest to attend grad, here's the process:
Before or after school or during lunch, go to the Main office and speak to the receptionist.   You will be asked to sign a form acknowledging receipt of a ballot and you are to keep the ballot.  One entry per grad.  You gotta be in it to win it.

Listen up Lions--especially those of you graduating!!  Want to win some swag? Donate any ACS uniform pieces to TLC that are no longer needed.  Earn a ballot for each item donated.  
Items must be in good repair. Draw will take place at the Grad Breakfast on Wed June 28th. Any non-grad winners will be contacted via school email. For a complete list of prizes, visit TLC and check out the bulletin. 

Burford District Elementary School is hosting their Fun Fair June 13th from 4:30-7:00 pm. They are looking for volunteers to assist with this event.  Please see the poster on the Volunteer Board outside of Student Services or visit the Guidance D2L page for more information. This is a great event for those last-minute volunteer opportunities. 

Today’s special in the cafeteria will be made to order tacos for $2.75, nachos with cheese for $2.75, and Mexican Fries with taco meat, salsa, cheese sauce, and sour cream for $6.75.  Freezies and Ice Cream Sandwiches are available today too.  Have an awesome day Lions!
