Hey Lions!  This Friday, October 20th, our ACS Lions Football Teams will host St John’s College at Kiwanis Field.  Juniors play at 5pm and Seniors at 7pm (both ACS and SJC Sr Teams are undefeated, so this is a battle for first place).  To support We Scare Hunger, admission to the game will be two canned goods.  Don't forget your Student Cards Lions.  Let's pack Kiwanis Field.  Go Lions Go!

Attention Lions - CWAYC is once again hosting the Thank a Vet speech writing competition.  In approximately 500 words, what would you say to thank and honour a Canadian veteran?  Students can submit a speech, story, poem, letter, reflection or song to the basket in the main office.  The contest closes on October 31st.  Winners will be announced on Friday November 3rd.  See the CWAYC bulletin board for details or drop by Room 1013.
