Attention Lions!  Our next Casual Dress Day is on Tuesday, January 16th. Students are required to bring in $2.00 to dress casually.  All money collected will support our Uniform Assistance Program and the Guatemala Encounter. 

Attention Lions and ACS Staff.  Look around in your classroom. If you see an Advent wreath and candles, please send them NOW to the chaplain's office by 9:30 this morning so your classroom can be checked off as returned. Classrooms whose wreaths are not returned will not be able to be given a new one next year.

One final STEM event for Semester 1. This Thursday, Chemical Engineer Jenna Gensler is here to present. She is coming in all the way from Alberta where she works for the Dow Chemical Company and will have lots to share. Don't miss out! Dismissal times are 11:20am & 12:40pm.

Extra math help will be offered during first lunch from Monday-Thursday in the following portables:  Monday and Wednesday in Portable 21.  Tuesday and Thursday in Portable 15.

Badminton Tryouts continue this week. Junior Tryouts will be Tuesday and Friday morning and Senior Tryouts will be Thursday Morning and Friday after school. If you haven't already done so, please pick up a form by the Male Phys Ed office. If you have any further questions, please ask Mr. Dyjack and Mr. Mitchell. 

Are you in Grade 9 and struggling in math? Do you need a little bit of extra help before exams? Math help will be running every day on first lunch in Room 3007 until exams begin. Come on out for some extra practice.

Are you in need of community service hours and want to help out our community members?   The Shellard lane Association has two opportunities to help out. You could be a Flood Hero and help maintain the pop-up hockey rinks, or you can help people who need help to shovel the snow from their driveways.  Please see the flyers outside of guidance for more information!
