Were you wanting to learn origami? ACE club is hosting a FREE origami workshop in the library innovation lab TODAY during both lunches! 

Track practices for those athletes who qualified for CWOSSA will run TODAY, TOMORROW, and Thursday.  Coach Marcus will be out to work with you.

Tired of AI music? Want to hear some actual humans playing live? Come out Wednesday, May 15th to hear the ACS music department. You'll be hearing pop songs, movie themes and a few surprises. Doors open at 6:30 and the show starts at 7pm. Tickets are $5 and may be purchased at the door. 

Do you have a clue? Well the gr12 drama class does! “Clue” tickets will begin selling during both lunches starting TODAY for $5.00 each. Make sure to join the grade 12 drama class on May 30th, as you only have one night to see the chaos. Aren’t you dying to know who did it?

Hello ACS Knit Club....A reminder that our meeting this week will take place on Wed, May 15th from 3-4 pm in Portable 17. Dual lunch drop-in so still welcomed. Bears and blankets have made it to Noah's Ark Daycare, and the children were overjoyed. Our blankets for the SPCA will be delivered end of this week. Make sure to bring your creations. 

The Spring Dance is THIS Thursday lions, and tickets are going fast! Don't forget to buy yours on school cash online before it is too late. No tickets will be sold at the door for this event. A reminder that resold or traded tickets will NOT be accepted at the door. If you are no longer able to attend the event, please reach out to Ms Ristov for a refund. You MAY NOT sell or give your ticket to a friend!

Attention Environment Club members! Be sure to check your email for the chance to take part in some garden building and planting events happening on Wednesday May 15th and Friday May 17th. Email or see Mrs. Walsh if you are interested in joining!

Attention students interested in taking an online summer school course, information has been posted on the Guidance D2L. If your guidance counsellor is aware of your plan to take a summer school credit, an email has been sent to your student email address. Please check your student email for details as you can register now.

LEAP is very excited to present our LEAP Mosaics and this month's theme is Myths & Legends. Students are tasked to choose an ancient myth or legend that captivates your imagination, or you can create one of your own. Express your interpretation of your chosen myth or legend through poetry, narrative storytelling, or art. Submit your piece to be included in our Mythical Mosaic, each entry receives a LEAP point, and the final mosaic will be displayed outside of the library.

Are you a grade 12 College English student? The Nancy and Travis Lytle Memorial Award is an honorarium given to the student who best embodies the traits most important to the honorees: respect and responsibility. This student is ready to serve the world, in the spirit of Christ, while maintaining their personal integrity in the process".  Application process can be found on the Grad D2L page.

Prom is officially sold out and now we need to get to the details. 
FIRST: Please pick up your ticket at the back of the caf this week during second lunch. Bring your School Cash online receipt as proof of purchase to receive your ticket. 
SECOND: for seating, please have one person from your group email Ms. Mosher with the list of everyone who will be sitting at your table. Please include first and last names of both ACS guests and non-ACS guest. Remember if you are taking a non-ACS guest, you must pick up a form from the main office and return ASAP. 10 students per table is the limit. 
THIRD: On Friday, May 24th, during your lunch, you will have an opportunity to review the seating plan and request any changes necessary. After this date, no changes will be made.
