There will be a brief meeting for the Bantam Boys Rugby team during first lunch at the Male Phys-Ed office. This meeting is to discuss the Barbarian Cup invitation. 

There will be a brief Jack Chapter meeting today at 3:05pm in the Lecture Hall. The meeting will run until 3:45pm. Please let Miss Dabrowski know if you cannot attend. Thank you and have a mentally healthy weekend! 

The Debate Club will be meeting today after school in Room 1013. New Members are welcome.

The Brantford Rotary Classic Run is this Sunday at W. Ross McDonald School.  Any runners interested in participating in the 5km race can register online, any further question please ask Mme. Beccari, Mrs. Denison-Hewko, or Mr. Prior. You Run, Kids Win! 

Shazam! Pow! Woosh! It’s Friday and the time has come Lions to put your faith into action. Venture on down with pencil and lunch in hand to Mrs. Sheldrake’s office – Room 2053 – first lunch and Room 3004, during second lunch for this week's fantastic Bible study. Jesus said, “No one lights a lamp and puts it under a basket, but rather on a lampstand, and it gives light for all who are in the house”. You are the light of the world and specifically this Bible study, so come bring your light. All are welcome and wanted.

Attention graduates. Grad gowns will be distributed to graduates beginning today. Each day next week, the PAL class will be coming around to gr. 12 homeroom classes to hand out your gowns. Please don't be alarmed if you don't receive your gown today as this process will take over a week to complete. 

The 2024 Grad Lottery opens on Monday June 3rd and closes at the end of the school day on Friday June 7th.  Enter to win an extra seating pass for a third guest at this year's ceremony on June 27th.  To enter, see the receptionist in the Main office, before or after school or during lunch.  Keep your ballot and watch for the posting outside of the Main Office, on Monday June 10th, to see if you won.

All Grade 9 and 10 Boys that tried out for the soccer team should see the list posted outside the male phys-ed office for invitations for the junior Boys Soccer tournament on Monday of next week. Please attend the information session today, after school in Room 2027 for more details.

Graduating students...want to win some swag?  Donate your uniform pieces to TLC. Earn a ballot for each item donated that is in good shape.  Draw will take place at the Grad Lunch on Wed June 26th. Any non-grad winners will be contacted via school email.  Prizes to be won are Apple Airpods, Stanley Tumbler, and various gift cards. 

Lions, you are invited to volunteer with the Equal Grounds Community Gardens team! Sign up today to take care of our brand new community garden - located just behind the Assumption's portables, at Edith Montour Park!  The garden is now open for anyone to water, weed and harvest the vegetables and herbs.  There are many other community gardens across Brantford and Brant County to volunteer at as well - including the largest at Earl Haig Water Park with 74 garden beds!  See Mrs. Walsh or the QUAKE board beside Student Services for more information.

Attention all students interested in playing football next year.  There will be a Jr. and Sr. Football mini training camp from June 4th to 7th on the Upper Field.  Camp will run from 3:30-6:00pm.  If you are interested in this opportunity, please see Mr. Petrella for a permission form.  There is no cost associated with this Football Camp.  Hope to see as many of you out there as possible.
