Grade 9 Colour Night

Grade 9 Colour Night is a beloved annual event at Assumption College School. On Thursday, September 12th, 2024 Assumption College staff welcomed over 300 Grade 9 students to their first official high-school event.

Students enjoyed a variety of games including musical chairs, Pictionary, tug-of-war, huckle-buckle, dodgeball, a relay-race, and name-that-song throughout the evening. It was a night of fierce competition among the colour-coordinated teams who fought hard to win the most points, thus earning bragging rights for the rest of the school year! The final push for points came with an epic cheer-off before students enjoyed their well-deserved pizza dinner.

To top it all off, students ended the night with a fun-filled dance. Each year, the Grade 9 Colour Night is a beloved event where new friendships and life-long memories are made - it’s a Lions tradition!
