1.   Congratulations to all the delegates from this year’s quake Model United Nations.  The level of debate was impressive.  A special thank you to Shriyak Kashyap and Mohid Khan for their amazing leadership in running the event, and all their hard work preparing.  Congratulations to the top three delegates as voted by their peers, Joshua Ocampo, Haneet Sing and Emily Wu.  Well done! 

2.   Dearest graduates...because Edge imaging is so wonderful, they have added one more day to your graduation photos. Thursday December 19th, 2024 is the last day to take your photos. The spots will fill up fast, therefore please book ASAP on the Edge Imaging website! Thank you, Mrs. Mastromatteo.

3.   Reminder that there will be a Yearbook Meeting tonight in art room 2028 from 3:10 to 4pm. New members are still welcome! 

4.   Are you in an ACS Arts Course – Visual, Music, Drama, Dance or Media? Well good news! You are invited to a meeting about the 2026 New York City Arts Trip! Come out with your parents to an information meeting on Thursday, December 12th at 7PM in the lecture hall! Learn all about how you could be walking through Central Park, shopping in Times Square, seeing a Broadway musical, or viewing world famous art, like Van Gogh’s “Starry Night”! To learn more, see Ms. Benoit in room 2015 for an information package. 

5.   ACS Knit club, there is no meeting this week. Our meeting will be on Wed, Dec 18th. Drop off any finished projects in room 1004. Thank you for all you, Mrs. Cameron 

6.   Mamma Mia!!!!!!! We’re Going to Italy!️!!!!!    Attention, students! Have you ever dreamed of saying ciao to the Colosseum, grazie to gelato, and wow to the wonders of the Vatican? Well, the Religion Department is taking you to Italy, March Break 2026, and guess what? If you’ve taken religion—aka EVERYONE—you’re invited! There will be a family information session TONIGHT: Tuesday December 10th at 6:00 PM in the lecture hall. At this meeting, you’ll receive information packages and discover how this trip will make your March Break molto magnifico! Plus, we’ve got a sweet deal for early birds: Sign up by December 31st, and you’ll save $300! 8.   Attention Vocal Ensemble there are NO rehearsals in December, however, we will meet on Friday, December 20th in the music room to warm-up before we perform at the “Spirit of Christmas Day”. Those who want to perform simply show up! See you then! 

9.   Would all students involved with Star Fest at Brock University come to a brief meeting after school today in the Drama room at 3:05. Permission forms will be distributed and important information will be relayed. 

10.  Today's special in the servery will be Tex Mex loaded fries or Nachos topped with Tex Mex beef, salsa. Cheese sauce, sour cream and green onions for $7.75.  Also, plain Nachos and Cheese for $4.99.    Cinnamon buns available at first break.
