Wednesday January 15, 2025

1.   Attention all students! Updated Semester 2 schedules will be emailed out to all students on Wednesday Jan 29th. Please don’t come to guidance requesting schedules before this time as we are still updating rooms and teachers. Thanks for your understanding!

2.   Attention College and University bound Students! OSAP opens in the spring once students have accepted their program offers and residence.  You can check out the OSAP calculator online to get an idea of how it works.

3.   75 students indicated, when they registered for Graduation, that they were actively involved in their Parish.  Those parishes offer a bursary, that means money, to a worthy recipient.  But, in order to be considered, you must have completed the application.  The deadline was Monday, and Mrs. Fergus has received only 2 applications out of 75.  If you are an active participant in St. Joseph’s, St. Mary’s, or St. Patrick’s in Caledonia, the deadline has been extended until this coming Monday, January 20.  Find the bursary application on the Grade 12 D2L page, complete it and get the priest’s signature and submit to Mrs. Fergus by the end of the day, Monday January 20th. You gotta be in it to win it.

4.   The Chess Club will be running today at 3:05 in Room 2023. All are welcome to attend.

5.   Junior Band will have a short meeting today after school in the music room.  You will be picking up your music for second semester and we will discuss the audition process.  We are still looking for percussionists, so anyone with a piano background is encouraged to come out.
