1. Any student who expressed interest in the April 26th Tree Planting in Mount Pleasant, please check your email ASAP for further instructions!
2. Grade 12 students interested in writing the Euclid Waterloo Math Contest should sign up using the online quizzes through the STEM or Math D2L pages, or email Mr. Stec. The deadline will be tomorrow morning at 9:00am. Email Mr. Stec if you have any questions.
3. Math club will be meeting after school today in room 3011. Students who wrote the Waterloo Math contest last week are free to come to learn and share ideas on approaches taken. We look forward to seeing you there!
4. Assumption’s Environment Club will be meeting this Thursday March 6th in Room 3024 at 3pm – all are welcome!
5. Attention Yearbook Club Members! Reminder of our weekly meeting today after school in 2028. See you then!
6. Boys Rugby players, we will be meeting by the entrance of the tennis courts. We will start at 3:20pm. Have your outdoor shoes on first.
7. ACS knit club, hope everyone can join us tomorrow on from 3-4 pm in room 1004 for our weekly meeting. Email Mrs. Cameron if you can’t make it. New members welcome.
8. Attention All girls Rugby Players, the wait is finally over!! There will be a practice on Wednesday, March 5th for all returning Players at 710 am in the Gym. For all new players, Tryouts will begin Friday March 7th at 710 am. Please bring a signed permission form, they are posted outside room 1087. Please see Mr. Hummel, Ms. Luciani or Mr. Jordan if you have any question
9. Hello Music students! If you’re in Vocal Ensemble, Concert Band OR Intermediate Band – you have until FRIDAY of THIS WEEK left to purchase a music hoodie! Purchase your hoodie through schoolcashonline and fill out the form (also found on schoolcashonline) for what size and names you’d like to appear on the hoodie and that’s all there’s to it! You have until Friday, March 7th by NOON to order.

11. Hey, did I mention that there are cash prizes awarded to the top 3 finalists in Assumption’s Got Talent? Well then don’t delay! Enter your talent, such as painting, singing, acting, dancing or playing an instrument NOW! Only 3 days left! If you have what it takes to take the Assumption Stage then submit your talent via video to nratelband@bhncdsb.ca no later than Thursday, March 6th by midnight! That’s THIS Thursday! The judges will choose the top ten to perform live, on Thursday, March 27th.
12. The 2026 ACS Arts Trip to New York City is filling up fast! The early enrollment discount of $100 off the trip ends this Friday. To secure one of the last spots, enroll online today. Once the trip is full, new enrollees will be added to the waitlist. For more information, see Ms. Benoit in 2015 for an info package.
13. Attention all fashion show students! Please check the D2L page to fill out a very important form regarding costumes for the show.
