1. Hey Lions, don’t forget to hand in your pledges for Assumption Cares in the cafeteria today at lunch.
2. WELOCME TO SCHOLARSHIP, BURSARY, & AWARD SEASON FOR THE CLASS OF 2025! Please make sure that you are checking in with your D2L Brightspace page regularly as several opportunities will be posted that require applications. Class of 2025, please remember that the Steadman Foundation Bursary award opportunity is open at this time. We have had many ACS College and University bound Lions benefit from this generous foundation over the years. Lastly to the Class of 2025, for some awards you will need reference letters. If asking a staff member for a reference, please complete the form on Brightspace and please note that staff members require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice to complete a letter of reference.
3. Hey Grads! Those of you who missed photos or would like a retake, Edge Imaging has a pop-up studio scheduled for Friday, April 25 at St. Mark’s Church on Memorial Dr. in Brantford. Appointments can be booked, through the bookmygrad.ca website BUT you will have to click the option that states, “Book at an offsite studio location” and select Brantford Grade 12 Graduation. Please email Mrs. Mastromatteo if you have any questions!
4. The 180 Team is meeting today on the lunchtimes in the chapel.
5. Hey Lions, are you looking for a fun and cozy place to share your musical talent with others? If so, come join us for this year's Spring Coffee House on April 10th at 6pm. Send your audition to Ms. Ristov via email, at dristov@bhncdsb.ca by tomorrow, Friday, March 28th to Perform.
6. Thank you to Sahib for organizing the quake history trivia contest. The top 3 participants are, in 1st place Daisy A, in 2nd place Emily Martin, and in 3rd place Ben Fraser. Could those three winners please go to 1013 now to pick up your prize.
7. Attention Girls Rugby Players. There will be a team posted today by 11:00 outside room 1087. Check the list before Tryouts tomorrow morning!
8. Senior Badminton Practice after school 3:00 start.
9. Attention Prom Committee. Our next meeting is tomorrow in the lecture hall. See you all on senior lunch. If you have any questions, see Ms. Mosher, Mrs. S Medeiros or Mrs. Mastromatteo.
10. Attention all Senior Boys and Girls Volleyball team members: There will be an important meeting for a tournament opportunity in Hamilton. You are asked to attend a meeting on your senior lunch on Friday in Room 1018. Permission forms will be distributed. Please see Ms. Denison if you cannot attend.
11. Did you miss out on the STEM McMaster Road Trip last semester? Don't miss this opportunity. Another Road Trip will be taking place April 23. See Ms. Borges or Ms. Sinclair for details or check the STEM D2L page for more info. Many students have signed up but not submitted forms. You must submit your signed forms in order to reserve your spot.
