Free Lunchtime Homework Help
FREE Lunchtime Homework Help and Tutoring is available to all
students in the Library Think Tank every Tuesday and Thursday.
ACS Prefects - who are either wearing a burgundy cardigan,
lanyard, or grey vest- are waiting to help you understand how
to complete your homework and assignments.
Math Tutoring
Do you need math tutoring? Come join us in the library's think tank every Tuesday and Thursday between 3 and 4 pm. See you there!
Vocal Ensemble
Vocal Ensemble members interested in going to New York in April are asked to audition on Tuesday, September 26th either during your lunch OR after school. Please prepare a verse and a chorus from a song of your choosing that showcases your vocal strengths, range, ability and technique. See Mrs. Ratelband if you're interested but cannot make the audition times.
Drama Council
Thank you to all who interviewed for Drama Council! Our group for this year has been selected and our first meeting is TONIGHT! From 3 - 3:30 in the drama room. Please see Mrs. Ratelband if you cannot attend.
Free Math Help
Are you looking for extra math help? Assumption College School will be offering free math homework help and tutoring during both lunches and after school in the Library Think Tank every Tuesday and Thursday starting September 26, 2017. Afterschool free math homework help and tutoring will be available between 3:00 and 4:00 pm in the Library Think Tank. All grades are welcome.
School Parent Council Award
If you are a community volunteer then listen up! The Assumption College School Parent Council is sponsoring an award for students who assist their community through volunteering. If you are currently in Grade 10, 11 or 12, you are eligible to receive this award at this year’s Academic Awards Assembly. Interested students are asked to fill out an application form. Forms are available in the main office. The due date for the submission of applications in the main office is Friday, September 29th, 2017. If you have any questions, please see Ms. Braga or Ms. Marranca.

Turkey Bingo
BINGO! Thursday, Oct. 5th, at 7p.m. Doors open at 6. Grocery Store gift cards, cash and fabulous Raffle Prizes! Goodies and refreshments. Proceeds from this event go to enrich the learning opportunities for our Music Students eg. covering entry fees to festivals, busing, obtaining sheet music, and more!
Vocal Ensemble
NEW YORK! Music students enrolled in Vocal Ensemble and Concert Band have the opportunity to travel to New York in April 2018.
