Today is Bell Let's Talk Day Lions! Every time one uses the Hashtag #BellLetsTalk on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok - Bell will donate 5 cents to Mental Health Initiatives all over Canada. If your cell service is with Bell, Bell will donate 5 cents for each text message sent. This initiative is extremely important because the funds directly affect our school. The ACS Jack.Org Chapter is funded by Jack.Org headquarters in Toronto which receives money from this amazing day! Those funds help run Jack Chapters, provide spirit wear, make resources, and even aid in supporting events held at ACS for all students by the chapter. The ACS Jack.Org chapter has created their annual video for Bell Let's Talk Day and encourages all staff to play the video in class. The theme of the video is Making Yourself A Priority during "These Days".  We also encourage all staff members and students to share the video on your social media accounts with the hashtag. There will be an email sent during first period with the video. So remember Lions, post on social media using #BellLetsTalk, TODAY, and let's end the stigma fighting for mental health!
